The pool area is a real gem, especially with its retractable roof. The breakfast options were solid, though could use a bit more variety. Just a few maintenance hiccups in the room, but overall, a great stay!

Particularly GOOD and excellent location near of the old roman center, great pool. Adjacent to nice public areas, the historical centre and the sightseeing. Well soundproofed room overall, with a shower. Good food for warm and rich breakfast with many options.
Very unhelpful staff!

The internet connectiion and the park for the car. The breakFast area was nice.
The Ac was broken, made a terrible noice so we have to turn it off. Urgent change off decoration and even the bathroom was old. We paid 130eur, very expensive for the quality ofered.

The private parking was a huge plus, and the hotel provided easy access to the city center. The walking distance made it convenient to explore local attractions, although the overall area felt rather neglected.

Location: the hotel was really close to the The Amphitheater, all of the attractions, and the restaurant. Being next door to Mak Kebab was nice, we had dinner there.

Big room; close to the city center, quiet location, nice environment, newly decorated.
Hotel should be careful of its next interior redecoration especially the design of the bathroom. It is very inconvenient to take shower because there is no spray holder in our room and we also found the water marks on the ceiling of our room so the hotel should also pay attention to the waterproof of the floor of the bathroom.

Straight talk, worth it or not?
The staff was helpful and generous with their service! Our family suite was good, with strong Wi-Fi plus convenient dining space for take-out meals.
Disappointing air conditioning issues lead to discomfort! The distance to the city center felt longer than expected, necessitating additional transportation considerations.

The location was good for us as we were just passing through. The reception staff was friendly. Free parking.
As mentioned by other bookers, the hotel is being renovated. I think this should always be mentioned and accounted for in the price. We were located directly next to the workers (who were not particularly quiet in the morning). Also, someone had been smoking on the floor and it was that odour that actually woke us up. Not good for a non-smoking hotel. After complaining to the management, we were offered a free breakfast as compensation. Although the breakfast was free in our case, the 20 Euro price tag is totally off mark, especially as the breakfast is just pretty average. If you want to eat out (breakfast, evening meal), the town doesn't really have much to offer.

Excellent lobby and design.
My experience was marred by a last-minute cancellation of my reservation just two days before arrival, causing great inconvenience. The hotel's offered alternative accommodation lacked timely confirmation, leaving me stressed and scrambling for arrangements during my riverboat cruise. Upon arrival, I found the staff unhelpful and uninterested in addressing my concerns, which compounded the frustration of the initial reservation mishap.
